Putting photos and scans into one PDF

A single PDF can be easier to organize and share than a group of separate pictures.

When a PDF helps

Receipts, classroom materials, scanned paperwork, and reference screenshots are common examples. Combining related images can simplify sending a single document.

Prepare your images

Check that each image is readable and correctly oriented before starting. Remove unnecessary photos, and keep originals in case you need to create a new version.

Understand the tool limits

Our Image to PDF tool accepts JPG and PNG images, up to 40 images and 40 MB combined per conversion. For larger batches, create separate PDFs as needed.

Allow processing time

Larger images and larger batches can take longer, depending on your device and browser. Wait for the conversion to finish before downloading.

Review the document

Open the PDF and confirm that the images are legible and that the pages are suitable for your intended purpose.

Try it: Image to PDF. For detailed instructions, see the How-To Guides.
